Fortune Oil Limited （Fortune Oil ）Chief Executive Officer Mme. Li Ching Led a Delegation to visit frontline Staff of China Gas Fortune Liulin Gas Co., Ltd (Fortune Liulin)

On 11 February 2026, as the Spring Festival was approaching, Fortune Oil Chief Executive Officer Mme. Li Ching, also in her capacity as Executive Director of China Gas Group and Chairman of China Gas Charity Foundation led a delegation to visit the frontline staff of Fortune Liulin.

Mme. Li Ching arrived at the office building of Fortune Liulin, shook hands, warmly embraced each employee, presented red envelopes, and extended New Year greetings to all staff. She also personally lit the local traditional “Charcoal Fire” symbolizing a prosperous and thriving future for China Gas Group.

At the exchange forum, Mme. Li Ching expressed her sincere sentiments, stating that this visit carried three profound wishes: the earnest instructions from China Gas Group President Mr. Liu Minghui, the genuine care from Fortune Oil Chairman Mr. Daniel Tatjung Chiu, and the warm blessings from China Gas Charity Foundation. Mme. Li Ching extended her sincere gratitude and best wishes to all the new and old colleagues of Fortune Liulin, who have dedicated their youth and energy, overcome difficulties and made selfless contributions to Liulin Coalbed Methane Project over the years.

Fortune Liulin Deputy GM Mr. Fang Yong delivered a detailed briefing to Mme. Li Ching and her delegation on the latest progress of the Liulin Project. In-depth discussions were held on topics including gas sales, drainage and produced water treatment, environmental protection challenges, and relations with local farmers and communities. Mme. Li Ching pointed out that as the sole upstream resource block of China Gas Group, the Liulin Project occupies a unique position in the Group’s industrial chain. While maintaining current production capacity, the project must fully utilize the remaining contract period to further tap potential and improve efficiency through technological innovation. She emphasized that Fortune Liulin should fully serve as a key platform for the Group to connect with CNOOC and other central state-owned enterprises as well as local resources in North China, and fulfill its strategic supporting role in gas supply security and business collaboration.

During the lunch break, Mme. Li Ching and her delegation joined the staff of Fortune Liulin in making dumplings and chatting in a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Afterwards, accompanied by the management team of Fortune Liulin, Mme. Li Ching and her delegation visited the frontline well sites and gas gathering station, where they extended greetings to the on-duty staff and took group photos as a memento.

The management team of Fortune Liulin stated that they would thoroughly study and implement Mme. Li Ching’s instructions. While focusing on production enhancement and efficiency improvement, the team would give full play to its strategic supporting role in gas source security and business collaboration, so as to help China Gas Group open up new sales channels.

Fortune Oil Investment and Development Director Mr. Gong Min, Projects and Financing Deputy Director Mr. He Guo, and China Gas Smart Trading LNG Domestic Business Deputy GM Mr. Wang Shuai, accompanied Mme. Li Ching on this visit.
